Data Deletion Instructions

You may ask ICExpress Cargo PH to delete personal information collected through Facebook Messenger or through our shipping services, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or active-service purposes.

How to submit a request

1. Email privacy@icexpresscargoph.com with the subject “Data deletion request.”
2. Include the name you used when messaging ICExpress Cargo PH and enough information for us to locate the relevant conversation or service record. Do not send your Facebook password, access token, or other account credentials.
3. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on the request so we do not delete another person's information.

What happens next

We will review the request, delete information we are permitted to delete, and explain if any records must be retained or if more information is needed to identify the records. We will confirm the outcome using the contact method provided with the request.
